1. 服務與帳號

Yoroshiku 提供名片整理、OCR、AI 分析、同步、提醒及相關付費功能。你必須提供正確的帳號資料，並自行保管登入方式；不得將帳號提供給他人或以違法方式使用服務。

2. 使用者內容

你對輸入、上傳或同步的名片、圖片、個人資料與備註負責，並確認你有權蒐集、使用及交由 Yoroshiku 與必要服務供應商處理這些資料。請避免上傳不必要的敏感或機密資料。

3. OCR、AI 與公開資訊

OCR 與 AI 結果可能不完整、不正確或過時；公開網路資料也不代表對象已驗證或同意合作。你應在採取商業、聯絡或其他行動前自行查核結果。Yoroshiku 不會僅因 AI 分析而自動聯絡任何人，也不保證媒合、合作或商業成果。

4. 方案、額度與付款

• 免費方案：每月 10 次 OCR、5 次 AI 分析。
• Yoroshiku Pro 月繳：OCR 不限次數（仍受合理使用與安全速率限制）、每月 20 次 AI 分析及 CSV 匯出。
• 加購額度：OCR +10、OCR +50、AI 分析 +5；加購額度不過期。每月額度未使用完不累積。
• 同時有每月額度與加購額度時，系統先使用每月額度。

數位商品透過 Apple App Store 內購買。實際價格、稅金與可用性以 Apple 顯示為準；訂閱會依 Apple 設定自動續訂。你可以在 Apple 帳號的訂閱設定中取消，退款須依 Apple 的退款流程提出。

5. 合理使用與服務中斷

不得繞過額度、速率限制或安全控制，不得進行自動化濫用、侵害他人權利或違反法律的行為。服務可能因維護、第三方服務、網路或不可抗力而暫時中斷。

6. 終止與資料

你可以停止使用服務並在 App 內清除本機資料。現行「刪除帳號」會清除本機資料並登出，不會自動刪除雲端資料；雲端刪除請寄信至 t880518y@gmail.com。若有重大違規或安全風險，我們可能限制或終止帳號。

7. 條款變更與聯絡

我們可能因服務、法律或安全需求更新本條款，並公開更新版本。繼續使用服務表示你接受更新內容。本條款適用的法律以相關法律規定為準；如有疑問請聯絡 t880518y@gmail.com。

2. ユーザーコンテンツ

入力、アップロード、同期する名刺、画像、プロフィール、メモについて、必要な権利と許可を持っていることを確認してください。不要な機密情報は入力しないでください。

3. OCR、AI、公開情報

OCR と AI の結果は不完全、不正確、または古い場合があります。公開情報も本人による確認を意味しません。連絡や商取引の前に自分で確認してください。AI 分析だけで誰かに自動連絡することはなく、マッチングや成果も保証しません。

4. プラン、利用量、決済

• 無料プラン：月 10 回の OCR、5 回の AI 分析。
• Yoroshiku Pro 月額：OCR 無制限（合理的利用と安全上のレート制限あり）、月 20 回の AI 分析、CSV 書き出し。
• 追加クレジット：OCR +10、OCR +50、AI 分析 +5。追加分に有効期限はありません。月次分は繰り越されません。
• 月次分と追加分がある場合、月次分を先に使用します。

デジタル商品は Apple App Store のアプリ内課金で購入します。価格、税、提供状況は Apple の表示が優先されます。購読は Apple の設定に従い自動更新され、解約と返金は Apple の手続きを利用してください。

5. 適正利用と中断

利用量、レート制限、安全管理を回避したり、自動化による濫用、権利侵害、違法行為を行ったりしてはいけません。保守、第三者サービス、通信、不可抗力により停止する場合があります。

6. 終了とデータ

アプリ内のアカウント削除は現在、端末データを消去してログアウトしますが、クラウドデータを自動削除しません。削除は t880518y@gmail.com へご依頼ください。重大な違反や安全上の理由により利用を制限・終了する場合があります。

7. 変更と連絡

サービス、法律、安全上の理由で本規約を更新することがあります。更新後の利用は変更への同意を意味します。お問い合わせは t880518y@gmail.com までご連絡ください。

1. Service and account

Yoroshiku provides business-card organization, OCR, AI analysis, sync, reminders, and related paid features. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in method secure. Do not share your account or use the service unlawfully.

2. User content

You are responsible for cards, images, profile information, and notes that you enter, upload, or sync. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for Yoroshiku and necessary providers to process that content. Avoid unnecessary confidential information.

3. OCR, AI, and public information

OCR and AI results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Public information does not mean that a person or company has been verified or has agreed to work with you. Check results before taking business or contact actions. Yoroshiku does not automatically contact anyone based only on AI analysis and does not guarantee a match, partnership, or business result.

4. Plans, quotas, and payments

• Free plan: 10 OCR operations and 5 AI analyses per month.
• Yoroshiku Pro monthly: unlimited OCR subject to reasonable-use and safety rate limits, 20 AI analyses per month, and CSV export.
• Add-on credits: OCR +10, OCR +50, and AI analysis +5. Add-on credits do not expire. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over.
• When both exist, monthly allowances are used before add-on credits.

Digital products are purchased through Apple in-app purchases. Apple’s displayed price, taxes, and availability control. Subscriptions auto-renew according to Apple’s settings; cancellation and refunds follow Apple’s processes.

5. Fair use and availability

Do not bypass quotas, rate limits, or security controls; abuse the service through automation; infringe rights; or break the law. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, third-party outages, network issues, or events beyond our control.

6. Termination and data

You can stop using the service and clear local data in the app. The current “Delete Account” action clears local data and signs you out, but does not automatically delete cloud data. Request cloud deletion at t880518y@gmail.com. We may limit or terminate access for serious violations or security risks.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for service, legal, or security reasons. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to t880518y@gmail.com.
