登入後沒有回到 App？
請確認已使用最新的 TestFlight 版本，並重新嘗試登入。若仍失敗，請附上裝置型號、iOS 版本與發生步驟。
OCR 或 AI 分析失敗？
確認網路連線、圖片清晰度與額度狀態。AI 結果為協助資訊，請在使用前自行確認。
購買或訂閱沒有顯示？
請在 App 的「方案與額度」使用「恢復購買」，並確認登入的是購買時使用的 Apple ID。若仍有問題，請提供交易日期與 Apple 顯示的訂單資訊；不要寄送密碼或付款卡號。
如何刪除資料？
App 內的刪除操作會清除本機資料並登出。若要申請刪除雲端帳號與資料，請寄信至支援信箱。
寄信時請提供
- App 版本、裝置型號與系統版本
- 問題發生的時間與重現步驟
- 必要時附上錯誤畫面截圖（請遮蔽個資）

アプリ内の削除は端末データを消去してログアウトします。クラウドデータの削除はサポートへご依頼ください。

Frequently asked questions
Sign-in does not return to the app
Make sure you are using the latest TestFlight build and try again. Include your device model, iOS version, and steps if it continues.
OCR or AI analysis failed
Check your connection, image clarity, and remaining allowance. AI results are assistive information and should be reviewed before use.
Purchase or subscription is not shown
Use “Restore Purchases” in “Plans & Usage” and confirm the Apple ID used for the purchase. Do not send passwords or card numbers.
How do I delete my data?
The in-app deletion action clears local data and signs you out. Email support to request deletion of cloud account data.

- App, device, and operating-system versions
- Time of the issue and steps to reproduce
- A screenshot if needed, with personal information hidden
We will never ask for your password, private key, full payment-card number, or other secret credentials.
