1. 聯絡方式與適用範圍

本政策適用於 Yoroshiku 行動應用程式及其相關服務。隱私問題、資料刪除請求或其他疑問，請寄信至 t880518y@gmail.com。

2. 我們處理的資料

• 帳號資料：電子郵件、登入提供者識別碼，以及帳號驗證所需資料。
• 名片與個人資料：姓名、讀音、公司、職稱、產業、電話、手機、傳真、電子郵件、網站、地址、名片圖片、備註、標籤、提醒與使用者自行填寫的背景資料；你可選擇上傳或掃描與個別名片相關的 PDF／圖片及其 AI 擷取文字。
• 功能與技術資料：OCR／AI 使用次數、方案權益、購買交易識別資料、同步狀態、錯誤與必要的裝置／應用程式資訊；若使用 Agent API，亦包含 API key 名稱、權限、期限、撤銷及最後使用時間。
• 權限資料：相機或照片只在掃描／選取名片或參考資料時使用；麥克風只在你啟動錄音時使用；通知權限只用於提醒。

3. 使用目的

我們使用資料來提供登入、名片 OCR、AI 分析、雲端同步、搜尋、提醒、額度與購買管理、資安防濫用、錯誤排查及客戶支援。Yoroshiku 不出售使用者的個人資料，也不會為廣告目的建立跨服務追蹤檔案。

4. AI 與第三方服務

名片 OCR、AI 分析、附件文字擷取及你主動使用的錄音整理，會將必要的名片圖片、上傳附件、文字、個人資料、錄音或逐字稿傳送至 OpenAI 處理。每次 OCR、AI 分析或附件文字擷取前，App 會說明該操作要傳送的資料類別與 OpenAI 這項處理服務，並詢問你是否同意；取消即不會送出該次 AI 請求。錄音整理也會在開始錄音前顯示用途及同意選項。OpenAI 表示 API 資料預設不會用於訓練模型；濫用監測紀錄可能保留內容最多 30 天，除非法律要求更久。Yoroshiku 使用的 Responses API 請求設為不保存應用程式狀態，但此設定不代表 OpenAI 的濫用監測保留也停用。附件只在你要求擷取文字時送出，原始檔案保存在 Supabase 私有 Storage；Agent API 搜尋只回傳附件識別碼、檔名、名片識別碼及短摘錄。只有在你另外授予原檔下載權限時，持有該金鑰的 Agent 才能透過驗證後的 API 下載原始 PDF／圖片；不提供永久檔案網址。每個檔案使用 1 次 AI 分析額度。錄音只用於轉寫及整理；Yoroshiku 不保存原始錄音或完整逐字稿，並會在處理結束後刪除本機錄音。伺服器只保留錄音檔案大小、模型、時間及處理狀態等用量紀錄，並在後續服務請求時清理 90 天前的紀錄。AI 分析也可能查閱公開網路資訊並顯示來源。你建立的 Agent API key 可授權外部 Agent 讀取你選定 scope 內的資料；撤銷 key 後會拒絕後續請求。資料同步與帳號服務由 Supabase 提供；登入可能使用 Google 或 Apple；付款由 Apple App Store／StoreKit 處理。Yoroshiku 不會取得完整信用卡號或付款密碼。請不要在名片或備註中放入你不希望交由這些服務處理的機密資料。

5. 儲存、同步與保留

部分資料會先儲存在裝置上，以支援離線使用；啟用同步後，資料會儲存在 Supabase 帳號空間。附件原始檔及擷取文字會保留至你刪除附件或帳號。資料通常會在你使用帳號及服務期間保留，以提供同步、查詢與額度功能。你可以在 App 內的「帳號管理」確認刪除帳號；確認後，雲端帳號、名片、分析、名片圖片與附件、方案與額度資料，以及本機資料會一併刪除。Apple 訂閱不會因刪除帳號自動取消，請先在 Apple 訂閱管理中取消。

6. 你的選擇與權利

你可以拒絕相機、照片或通知權限；拒絕後相關功能可能無法使用。你也可以要求查閱、更正或刪除與帳號相關的資料，或撤回尚未完成的資料處理同意。請透過 t880518y@gmail.com 聯絡我們。

7. 兒童與政策變更

本服務不是以兒童為主要對象。若我們重大更新本政策，會在適當位置提供更新版本；更新後繼續使用服務即表示你已閱讀更新內容。

2. 取り扱うデータ

• アカウント情報：メールアドレス、ログインプロバイダーの識別子など。
• 名刺・プロフィール情報：氏名、読み方、会社名、役職、業種、電話番号、メール、ウェブサイト、住所、名刺画像、メモ、タグ、リマインダー、プロフィール情報。名刺ごとに PDF や画像を追加・スキャンし、AI 抽出テキストを保存できます。
• 利用・技術情報：OCR／AI の利用回数、プラン権利、購入取引識別子、同期状態、必要なエラー・端末情報。Agent API を使う場合は、API キーの名前、権限、有効期限、失効状態、最終使用時刻も含みます。
• 権限情報：カメラ・写真は名刺や参考資料のスキャン／選択時、マイクは録音機能を開始したとき、通知はリマインダーのために使用します。

3. 利用目的

ログイン、名刺 OCR、AI 分析、クラウド同期、検索、リマインダー、利用量と購入の管理、セキュリティ、不正利用防止、障害対応、サポートのために使用します。個人データを販売したり、広告目的のサービス横断トラッキングに利用したりしません。

4. AI と第三者サービス

名刺 OCR、AI 分析、添付ファイルの文字抽出、お客様が開始する録音整理では、必要な名刺画像、アップロードファイル、テキスト、プロフィール情報、音声または文字起こしを OpenAI に送信して処理します。OCR、AI 分析、添付ファイルの文字抽出を行う前に、送信するデータの種類と処理先の OpenAI を App 内で説明し、毎回同意を求めます。キャンセルすると、その AI リクエストは送信されません。録音整理も録音開始前に用途を説明し、同意を求めます。OpenAI は API データを標準設定ではモデルの学習に使用しないと説明しています。不正利用の監視ログには内容が含まれる場合があり、法律上より長い保存が必要な場合を除き、最長 30 日間保持されることがあります。Yoroshiku の Responses API リクエストではアプリケーション状態の保存を無効にしていますが、この設定は OpenAI の不正利用監視ログの保持を無効にするものではありません。添付ファイルは文字抽出を依頼した場合のみ送信され、原本は Supabase の非公開 Storage に保存します。Agent API 検索は添付ファイル ID、ファイル名、名刺 ID、短い抜粋のみを返します。原本のダウンロード権限を追加で許可した場合に限り、そのキーを持つ Agent が認証済み API から元の PDF／画像を取得できます。恒久的なファイル URL は公開しません。1 ファイルにつき AI 分析クレジットを 1 回使用します。録音は文字起こしと整理のみに使用し、Yoroshiku は元の音声や全文の文字起こしを保存しません。端末の録音ファイルは処理後に削除し、サーバーにはファイルサイズ、モデル、日時、処理状態などの利用記録のみを保存します。90 日前の利用記録は、その後のサービスリクエスト時に削除します。Agent API キーを作成すると、選択した権限の範囲で外部 Agent がデータを読み取れます。キーを失効すると以降の要求は拒否されます。AI 分析は公開ウェブ情報を参照し、出典を表示する場合があります。アカウントと同期は Supabase、ログインは Google または Apple、決済は Apple App Store／StoreKit が提供します。完全なカード番号や決済パスワードは取得しません。機密情報は入力しないでください。

5. 保存・同期・保持

一部のデータはオフライン利用のため端末に保存され、同期を有効にすると Supabase のアカウント領域に保存されます。添付ファイルの原本と抽出テキストは、添付ファイルまたはアカウントを削除するまで保持します。アプリの「アカウント削除」で確認すると、クラウドアカウント、名刺、分析、名刺画像と添付ファイル、プラン・利用量データ、端末データを削除します。Apple のサブスクリプションは自動解約されないため、先に Apple の購読管理で解約してください。

6. 選択と権利

カメラ、写真、通知の権限を拒否できますが、関連機能を利用できない場合があります。データの確認、訂正、削除の依頼は上記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。

7. 子どもと変更

本サービスは子どもを主な対象としていません。本ポリシーを更新する場合は、更新版を公開します。

2. Information we process

• Account information, including email address and sign-in provider identifiers.
• Business-card and profile information, including names, pronunciations, companies, roles, industries, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, addresses, card images, notes, tags, reminders, and profile details you provide. You may add or scan PDFs and images for individual cards; extracted text may be saved for search and AI analysis.
• Usage and technical information needed for OCR/AI quotas, plan entitlements, purchase transaction identifiers, sync status, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. If you use Agent API, we also process API key names, scopes, expiry, revocation, and last-used time.
• Camera and photo-library permissions when scanning or selecting cards and reference files, microphone permission when you start recording, and notification permission for reminders.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide sign-in, card OCR, AI analysis, cloud sync, search, reminders, quota and purchase management, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and support. Yoroshiku does not sell personal information or use it for cross-service advertising tracking.

4. AI and third-party services

Required card images, uploaded attachments, text, profile information, and prompts may be sent to OpenAI for OCR, attachment text extraction, and AI analysis. Before each OCR, AI analysis, or attachment text extraction request, the app explains the data categories involved and identifies OpenAI as the processor, then asks for your consent. Canceling stops that AI request. Voice organization also explains its purpose and asks for consent before recording begins. OpenAI states that API data is not used for model training by default. Abuse-monitoring logs may contain content and may be retained for up to 30 days unless longer retention is required by law. Yoroshiku sets its Responses API requests not to store application state, but this does not disable OpenAI abuse-monitoring retention. Attachments are sent only when you request extraction; originals are stored in private Supabase Storage. Agent API attachment search returns attachment IDs, filenames, linked card IDs, and short excerpts. Only if you separately authorize original-file downloads can an agent with that key retrieve the original PDF or image through the authenticated API. No permanent file URL is exposed. Each file uses one AI analysis credit. When you start voice organization, the recording or transcript is also sent to OpenAI for transcription and organization. Yoroshiku does not retain the original recording or full transcript; the device recording is deleted after processing, and the server keeps only usage metadata such as file size, model, time, and outcome. Usage records older than 90 days are cleared on a later service request. An Agent API key lets an external agent read data within the scopes you selected; requests are rejected after you revoke the key. AI analysis may consult public web information and show its sources. Supabase provides account and sync services; Google or Apple may provide sign-in; Apple App Store/StoreKit processes payments. Yoroshiku does not receive your full payment-card number or payment password. Do not include confidential information you do not want processed by these providers.

5. Storage, sync, and retention

Some information is stored on your device for offline use. When sync is enabled, it is stored in your Supabase account space. Original attachments and extracted text are retained until you delete the attachment or account. We generally retain data while you use the account and service to provide sync, search, and quota features. After you confirm “Delete Account” in Account Management, the cloud account, cards, analyses, card images and attachments, plan and usage data, and local data are deleted. Apple subscriptions are not canceled automatically; cancel them in Apple subscription settings first.

6. Your choices and rights

You can deny camera, photo-library, or notification permissions, although related features may not work. You may request access, correction, or deletion of account-related information by contacting us at t880518y@gmail.com.

7. Children and changes

The service is not directed to children. If we make material changes to this policy, we will publish an updated version.
